Because we are gathering in a private home rather than a hotel, many of the living spaces — including bathrooms — are shared. Throughout the weekend we simply hold the space with mindfulness and care for one another so the home remains comfortable and supportive for all who are here. Your retreat experience includes: • Three nights lodging • Nourishing shared meals throughout the weekend • Elemental rituals and guided practices • Yoga, sound, and healing experiences • Creative and grounding activities • Access to the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi • Spacious free time for rest, reflection, beach walks, or quiet integration Each guest will be provided with bath towels for the weekend. In honor of the earth element that guides this retreat, we gently invite guests to reuse their towel when it feels comfortable as part of caring for the home and the natural resources that sustain us. If you plan to enjoy the pool or hot tub, we kindly ask that you bring a separate pool towel from home. The weekend will follow a gentle rhythm of shared meals, grounding practices, guided experiences, and personal time. Nothing is forced, and you are welcome to move through the weekend in the way that feels most supportive for you.
