Overview

About this retreat

RESET is a private, confidential, one-to-one retreat lasting 3 days and 2 nights, held in a luxury oceanfront apartment at TURENA in Telchac Puerto, Yucatán. Over the course of a full weekend, José works exclusively with one participant through private conversations, observation exercises, periods of silence and reflection. The purpose is to step away from the usual environment, understand more clearly what is happening and recognise a direction of one’s own. Each retreat is adapted to the participant’s history and needs. It includes private accommodation, meals adapted with advance notice, round-trip transfers from Mérida International Airport and four follow-up sessions after the retreat. RESET is not a clinic, rehabilitation centre or detoxification programme. Before the stay is confirmed, José conducts a private assessment to determine whether the retreat is appropriate for the participant. The retreat is conducted exclusively in Spanish.

About J Z

José Zamora accompanies private and confidential processes with one person at a time. His work is grounded in observation, listening and honesty, creating the conditions needed to step back, regain clarity and recognise a direction of one’s own. He does not seek to persuade or impose decisions; he supports each participant in reconnecting with their own judgement.
