Daily Structure (repeated across your stay): Morning — Yoga class (held Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday): a revitalising practice to set the tone for the day — breathwork, movement and grounding before the adventure ahead. The Old Town is surrounded by authentic Portuguese restaurants, seafood tavernas, and healthy cafés within easy walking distance of the guesthouse.
