Hello, I'm Veronika.
Hi, I am Veronika and cooking is my way of expressing love and care. My journey began with a professional cookery education, which quickly evolved into a more compassionate and health-focused approach to cooking. Together with passion for food, my commitment to deep spiritual work led me to serve for 1,5 year as a chef in an Ayahuasca retreat center. There, I gained valuable experience in nurturing people through food during profound healing journeys. Since then I have supported other wellness and plant medicine retreats and I am now seeking new aligned opportunities. When I’m not in the kitchen, I guide people on their transformational journeys with plant medicines and beyond, and co-host mindfulness retreats. Originally from the Czech Republic, I’ve spent the past decade living across Europe. I’m currently based between the French Alps and the south of Spain, and I’m happy to travel for retreat work.
