Soraya’s passion lies in guiding others back into their bodies — gently, intuitively, and with deep presence. She has been practicing for 35yrs and teaching for 20yrs with over 1000hrs of training. Her approach is eclectic and embodied, weaving somatic and flow-based yoga with poetry, insight, and the wisdom of nature’s rhythms. Rooted in her understanding of how trauma shapes both mind and body, Soraya brings a soulful sensitivity to each session. She is a certificated trauma yoga therapist and a skilled energy worker using vibrational sound — from singing bowls to the shamanic drum — to support deep nervous system healing. With warmth and empathy, Soraya holds space in a way that feels both grounding and expansive, inviting you to come home to yourself.
