Hello, I'm Radha Kauai.

Aloha​,​ I’m Radha — wife​,​ mother of four​,​ doula​,​ retreat host​,​ and founder of Daughters of Kaua‘i. I’ve lived in Hawai‘i for over twenty years​,​ and my devotion is to create peaceful​,​ sacred spaces where women can slow down​,​ feel held​,​ and reconnect with the deepest part of themselves. Through meditation​,​ journaling​,​ nourishing meals​,​ nature​,​ and community​,​ I support women in remembering their divine connection — the quiet inner presence that is always guiding​,​ loving​,​ and supporting them. My work is rooted in faith​,​ motherhood​,​ and service​,​ and in trusting that true nourishment begins within. These retreats are not about perfection or striving — they are an invitation to soften​,​ receive​,​ breathe​,​ and return to the sacred wisdom already living inside your heart.
