Drummi Bhatt Such a wonderful life changing experience at Saptarashmi. I did a week long Vedic fast and detox/yoga retreat. The location is As perfect as it can get- surrounded with mountains and tranquility. The food is delicious. TarunJee is the nicest person I have come across, patient and calm- as he guides you through yoga and detox lessons. The staff is warm and courteous... this will be my yearly detox destination for sure. Gratitude 🙏

Today I had great online meditation session with SaptRashmi yoga retreat center with fantastic instructor Mr.Tarun, firstly he tried to find the main Issue that I wanted to deal with it, then he explained in extended and clear way the whole map of meditation practices that will lead to goal of meditation and solving problems. Then very gently, calmly and adjustably to my situation he commenced tge practical part and he conducted online meditation session for me, althought it was basic and primary first session but great experiences I had during this session, I recommend him and his center for anyone gonna to experience calmness and path of self discovery in spiritual field, thanks dear Mr.Tarun, Namaskar
