Morning | Expert Keynotes & Speaker Sessions (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) The day begins with keynote presentations and expert-led talks focused on the most important elements of running successful retreats, including marketing strategies, pricing for profit, retreat design, partnerships, leadership, and client retention. These sessions provide actionable insights from leaders in the global retreat industry. Lunch & Informal Networking (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM) Participants enjoy a relaxed lunch break with time to connect with fellow retreat leaders, speakers, and industry partners. This is an opportunity to build relationships, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations. Afternoon Workshop (2:30 PM – 4:00 PM) Interactive workshops allow participants to apply what they are learning in real time. What’s Not Included The summit ticket covers access to the event programming and experiences listed above. The following items are not included in the ticket price unless specifically stated under the VIP experience: • Accommodation in Tepoztlán • Flights or travel to​/​from Mexico • Airport transfers or local transportation • Meals and beverages (except VIP lunch and the VIP welcome dinner experience) • Personal expenses or additional activities outside the summit schedule • Travel insurance (recommended) A limited block of rooms will be available at the summit venue, La Buena Vibra Hotel, and details for reserving accommodations will be provided after registration. Participants are welcome to book accommodations at the venue or nearby hotels in Tepoztlán.

How to get there (if applicable)

The Sell Out Retreats Summit takes place in the beautiful mountain town of Tepoztlán, Morelos, Mexico, approximately 90 minutes south of Mexico City. The closest international airport is: Mexico City International Airport (CDMX) – Benito Juárez International Airport From the airport, you have several transportation options: Taxi or Private Transfer The easiest option is to take an authorized airport taxi or a private car service directly from the airport to Tepoztlán. Travel time is typically 1.5–2 hours, depending on traffic. Private transfers can also be arranged through local transportation companies. Uber Uber is widely available in Mexico City and can take you directly from the airport to Tepoztlán. Estimated travel time: 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic. Bus + Taxi For a more economical option: Take a bus from Mexico City Airport or the TAPO bus terminal to Cuernavaca (approximately 1–1.5 hours). From Cuernavaca, take a taxi or rideshare to Tepoztlán (about 25 minutes). Driving If you plan to rent a car, Tepoztlán is easily accessible via the Mexico City–Cuernavaca highway. The drive takes approximately 90 minutes. Once registered, participants will receive additional information about the venue location and recommended transportation options.
